Job Summary
Responsible for the design and calculation of combat, economic, and commercial numerical experiences for European and American SLG games. Establish numerical frameworks, manage game content, and organize player experiences. Design commercialization strategies, build and manage the value system, and clearly communicate game values to players. Set up and improve online data monitoring, focus on various player data indicators, continuously optimize numerical experience, and promote the implementation of optimization content.
Must Have

Job Requirements
1. 5+ years of numerical related work experience, with experience in developing mid-to-heavy games (SLG project experience preferred).
2. Rich gaming experience, requiring a deep understanding and familiarity with the numerical design of mainstream SLG games, with extra points for deep players of "WOS".
3. Possess the ability to identify and solve problems, and have led the development of a certain problem or version in past experiences, achieving good results.
