Job Summary
This role is for a Promotional Concept Artist responsible for game promotion-related art, including illustration, character, and scene concept art. The artist needs a strong art foundation, excellent drawing skills, and the ability to understand and adjust composition, color, and atmosphere. Collaboration with product, R&D, and 3D teams is essential, along with a keen understanding of game market promotion and product thinking. Candidates should be self-driven, continuously learning, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Must Have
- Proficient in illustration drawing

1. Responsible for game promotion-related requirements, proficient in illustration drawing, and understanding of character and scene concept art.
2. Accurately understand and modify feedback.
3. Capable of accurately understanding and adjusting character drawing and the overall picture (composition, space, tone, etc.).
4. Proactively and actively communicate and collaborate well with product, R&D, 3D, and other cooperative departments.
Job Requirements
1. 1-3 years of work experience, with excellent game art aesthetic ability.
2. Solid art foundation, good drawing skills, strong design and control ability for structure, color, space, and atmosphere.
3. Experience in animation, film, game CG, etc., is preferred; ability to use 3D modeling tools for drawing assistance is preferred; ability to use AI drawing assistance is preferred.
4. Loves games, passionate about creation, possesses flexible and up-to-date design thinking, rich imagination and innovation ability, and high standards for own work.
5. Understands the key points of game and game market promotion, possesses product thinking.
6. Strong self-drive, able to continuously learn and absorb the latest motion design trends, with good learning and summary skills.
7. Responsible, enterprising, possesses a good mindset and team spirit, excellent communication skills, and awareness and ability to promote and solve problems.
