Job Summary
Responsible for the design and production of shooting game levels, proficient in using 2D drawing software to create level layouts, using 3D tools and engines to build white boxes, verifying the feasibility of level gameplay, and following up on subsequent art production. Responsible for the design and maintenance of level-related gameplay content, including but not limited to interactive objects, level mechanisms, and related Blueprint scripts. Collaborate with various in-game designers to continuously optimize the level flow experience and overall planning of all level-related content.
Must Have
- Design and produce shooting game levels
- Proficient in Unreal Engine and Blueprint scripting
- Experience with 2D drawing software for level layouts
- Ability to build white boxes with 3D tools/engines
- Familiar with PVP shooting game level design and production
- 3+ years of level design experience
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Good teamwork and communication

Job Requirements
1. 3+ years of experience in level design.
2. Proficient in Unreal Engine, possess a certain programming foundation to master the use of Blueprints, and have the ability to judge feasibility and iterate designs for corresponding content.
3. Familiar with and able to independently lead the design and production process of PVP shooting game levels, FPS genre experience preferred.
4. Love games, have rich experience in PVP shooting games, deep experience and understanding of Escape from Tarkov, Delta Force, ArcRaiders, CSGO, and Valorant is a plus.
5. Strong empathy, able to take responsibility for the experience of all level design content.
6. Sensitive to artistic expression, good learning ability, rigorous and clear logical thinking, able to creatively solve problems.
7. Strong initiative, able to manage feature development progress, with good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
8. Rich imagination, able to find joy in imagination, and have insights into level design of other types of games.
9. Proficient in Unreal Blueprint functions [Bonus].
10. Architecture-related professional background preferred [Bonus].
11. Provide level design portfolio [Bonus].
