This role involves leading the technical specification for game version implementation, including resource, code, and multilingual aspects, and establishing a quantitative evaluation system for cross-region, multi-platform restoration. The designer will be responsible for in-game interface construction, UI refactoring, resource management, and building a high-performing technical team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in the gaming industry with strong UI refactoring skills, proficiency in UNITY/NGUI, and a focus on process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
Must Have

Job Description
1. Lead the formulation of technical specifications for the entire game version implementation process, including resources, code, and multilingual aspects. Establish a quantitative evaluation system for cross-region and multi-platform restoration, covering visual consistency, functional completeness, performance compliance, technical debugging, and other SOPs.
2. Responsible for in-game interface construction, actively cooperating with UI designers, special effects artists, and programmers to complete the refactoring of version interfaces. Collaborate with programmers and design planners to complete subsequent modifications, ensuring the perfect implementation of the final interface effect for project versions.
3. Responsible for project resource management, regularly cleaning up unused and expired resources in the project, controlling the resource package size within an acceptable range, and promptly updating and maintaining them.
4. Responsible for the construction and management of the technical team for version entry, building a highly executive team.
5. Promote tool-based and automated solutions, developing or introducing efficient tools to improve team productivity.
Job Requirements
1. Over 4 years of experience in the gaming industry and rich UI refactoring experience. Capable of independently developing refactoring systems. Proficient in game development pipelines, familiar with UI frameworks, controls, etc. Able to understand technical documents, cooperate efficiently with engineers, evaluate and optimize interfaces, and control project progress and quality.
2. Proficient in UNITY, NGUI, and other software. Ability to create UI animation effects is a plus. Master UI performance optimization techniques such as atlas management, with actual project optimization cases.
3. Possess strong process optimization awareness, able to formulate and implement efficient versioning standards to improve team delivery quality. Possess data-driven decision-making ability, able to optimize work processes through version data such as bug rates and restoration scores.
4. Conscientious and responsible in work, good at communication, possessing strong aesthetic ability and strong learning ability, able to adapt to the team.
5. Able to withstand a certain degree of work pressure.
