This 12-month apprenticeship at Ubisoft's International Headquarters in Paris offers a Learning & Development Assistant role within the HR Transversal Tech Team. You'll support the L&D partner in designing, implementing, and managing learning initiatives for soft, management, and hard skills across the nearly 3,200-person tech department. Responsibilities include organizing face-to-face and virtual programs, supporting employee onboarding and skills development, managing program logistics (participant management, communications, speaker coordination, room bookings), and maintaining L&D dashboards. The ideal candidate is a higher education student with an HR background, strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of Power BI, Miro, or Klaxoon is a plus. Fluent English is required.

Job Description

At Ubisoft’s International Headquarters, you will join the HR Transversal Tech Team, made of around 25 people working with the Ubisoft Tech departments which currently employs nearly 3,200 people worldwide. You will specifically join the Talent & Development team. You will report to the Transversal Tech HR Development Director. 

 

As Learning & Development assistant you will support the L&D partner for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives within the organization.  

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align learning and development programs with business objectives and bring value to our tech teams.  

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in the development and organization of face-to-face and virtual programs on various Learning & Development topics for soft, management and hard skills. 
  • Support Learning and Development initiatives such as the onboarding of new employees, skills development, support for managers and user engagement. 
  • Ensure good program logistics: Participants management, trainings communications, coordination of different speakers, animation/facilitation of presentations and workshops if necessary, room and catering bookings. 
  • Maintain L&D dashboards to ensure visibility and the monitoring of our programs success 

Qualifications

  • A higher education student from an HR background, you have a real interest in Human Resources and project management, ideally you have initial experience in this field; 
  • You can influence and communicate with impact; You also have very good written and oral communication skills; 
  • Dynamism, versatility and autonomy will also be the key words of this work-study program; 
  • You are recognized for your organization and your rigor.  
  • You are comfortable using Excel, and possibly Power BI; 
  • Knowledge of tools such as Miro or Klaxoon are a plus; 
  • Finally, your level of English must be fluent.

Recruitment process

If your application is chosen, you will be contacted by a member of the Campus Team to scheduled a phone exchange in order to determine if you’re the job description matches your profile, but also to what you are looking for.

If that exchange is successful, you will be submitted a case study to test your technical skills regarding the offer.

Finally, an interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with your future manager.

Nos équipes RH sont chargées de vous accompagner tout au long de votre expérience. Cela passe par un suivi RH de proximité (réponses aux questions du quotidien, accompagnement…) et l’animation continue de la communauté Trainees (Welcome Sessions, groupe Teams dédié, Trainees Week…).

Our HR teams are responsible for supporting you during your experience. It involves close HR monitoring (answers to everyday questions, discussions on your internship/apprenticeship, etc.) and the animation of the Trainees community (Welcome Sessions, dedicated Teams group, Trainees Week, etc.).
