Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Learning & Development Coordinator to join our global Learning & Development team. This role will coordinate training programs, support organization-wide learning initiatives, and help create a culture of continuous improvement and professional development across all levels of insightsoftware. Key responsibilities include coordinating logistics for virtual and in-person training, producing live sessions, creating and updating learning content, maintaining training records, facilitating new hire orientation, and evaluating program effectiveness.
Good To Have:
  • Postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM in HR, M.A. in Psychology, M.A. in Education, or equivalent).
  • Workday Learning experience.
  • Experience in a multinational, global organization.
Must Have:
  • Coordinate start-to-finish logistics for live, virtual training sessions in APAC.
  • Produce live, virtual training sessions in APAC using Microsoft Teams.
  • Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to create and update learning content and materials.
  • Maintain training records and provide insightful analytics and reports on training activities and outcomes.
  • Facilitate weekly New Hire Orientation sessions and monthly Week of Welcome onboarding programs.
  • Create and update assessments in Questionmark tool and add to courses in LMS (Workday Learning).
  • Organize, update and monitor L&D Team processes documentation.
  • Compile and organize training data on L&D Reporting Dashboard.
  • Answer routine Learning & Development employee inquiries in JIRA ticketing system.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience as an administrator/coordinator, preferably in HR, Learning and Development or related fields.
  • 1+ years' of Learning Management System administration experience.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office; especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong proficiency with scheduling and managing events using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter who is able to work independently.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to handle multiple activities and requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and willing to take full ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to present issues clearly and provide solutions.

Job Description

Learning Program Coordination & Administration

  • Coordinate start-to-finish logistics for live, virtual training sessions in APAC; manage all activities including participant registration, facilitator procurement, pre and post session communications, attendance tracking and feedback reporting
  • Produce live, virtual training sessions in APAC using Microsoft Teams; manage chat, Q&A, breakout rooms, polling, feedback and attendance reporting
  • Support coordination for in-person, regional training sessions as needed; can include facilitator procurement, venue booking, materials preparation and technology setup
  • Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to create and update learning content and materials
  • Maintain training records and provide insightful analytics and reports on training activities and outcomes
  • Collaborate with L&D owners to provide administrative support to external learning partners and vendors

Content Development & Delivery

  • Facilitate weekly New Hire Orientation sessions and monthly Week of Welcome onboarding programs while acting as point of contact for new hires in the APAC region
  • Create and update assessments in Questionmark tool and add to courses in LMS (Workday Learning)
  • Assist in curation and maintenance of training curriculum on LMS (Workday Learning)
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Learning Evaluation & Reporting

  • Create feedback surveys associated with courses in LMS (Workday Learning) and analyze feedback monthly
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and stakeholder interactions

Learning Support

  • Organize, update and monitor L&D Team processes documentation
  • Compile and organize training data on L&D Reporting Dashboard
  • Answer routine Learning & Development employee inquiries in JIRA ticketing system
  • Other ad-hoc L&D duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related field

  • 2+ years’ experience as an administrator/coordinator, preferably in HR, Learning and Development or related fields
  • 1+ years' of Learning Management System administration experience; Workday Learning preferred
