Job Description

Voodoo's Legal team seeks a Labor Law Intern to support HR in ensuring compliance with labor regulations in France and internationally (20+ countries). Responsibilities include legal analysis of operational practices, providing HR support for onboarding/offboarding and daily labor matters, preparing updates on legal changes, managing legal obligations toward employee representatives (CSE), including preparing for and attending meetings, and participating in developing company collective agreements or policies. The internship is a 6-month on-site role in Paris, starting July 2025. Preference is given to Bar students.

Role

Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

Responsabilities

    • Support the HR team to ensure compliance with labor regulations within the organization in France and abroad (> 20 countries)
    • Help performing legal analysis of operational practices
    • Provide legal support to our HR Specialist with respect to onboarding / offboarding and daily labor matters
    • Prepare regular updates on legal changes 
    • Map legal obligations towards employee representatives (CSE) in particular with respect to regular consultation processes 
    • Prepare invites, agendas and as the case may be information notes to be delivered to employee reps; attend CSE meetings 
    • Participate in the preparation of company collective agreements or policies

Contract

    • 6 months internship starting in July 2025.
    • For Bar Student PPI more than welcome.
    • No relocation program.
