Job Description
ION is seeking a Legal professional with expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex contracts. This role requires strong knowledge of Italian and English law, including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, M&A, and real estate. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Law and relevant experience in a leading law firm.

Your role:
Your key duties and responsibilities
· Drafting, negotiating and managing complex contracts
· Providing legal advice on a variety of legal topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, M&A and real estate
· Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required.
· Master’s degree in Law (with honors) 105+
· Relevant experience as lawyer in a leading law firm/boutique law firm
· Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language
· Strong organization skills
· Strong planning skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· With your “get things done” attitude you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment
