Salary: $50,600–$74,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for the event planning and delivery from conception to completion for Ramsey’s Live Events both at the Ramsey Solution Campus and Events Center as well as on the road at hotels and venues across the country. This person will have an impact in Ramsey’s core mission of providing hope to everyone in every walk of life by ensuring that events launch properly and effectively.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 4+ years of event planning or project management experience.
• You have experience working with large event budgets.
• You pay attention to detail and are willing to get into the weeds when needed.
• You have the ability to travel 20-40 days of the year.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Lead departments to set the stage for a successful event, from updates on A/V to marketing
• Handle large event budgets and distribute resources effectively
• Participate in production meetings
• Partner with other Event Managers on their projects
• Embrace unexpected changes and adapt plans or actions as needed
• Maintain a strong awareness of overall events at Ramsey and step in where needed
