ABOUT YOU
In this role, you will work closely with our development teams to ensure their IT needs are effectively supported and aligned with company guidelines. You will provide technical support for our studio teams and be responsible for maintaining the infrastructure that enables our developers to define, design, and deliver high-quality gaming experiences to millions of players and fans around the world.
Responsibilities:
- End user support (Hardware/Application/OS);
- Supporting our global administrators in diagnosing and troubleshooting local studio issues and making suggestions where necessary;
- Hardware/Licensing Management and Inventory;
- IT related purchasing;
- Server rack management such as patch cabling or racking servers;
- New user deployment;
- Create scripts, documentation and other improvements which positively impacts the studio’s efficiency;
- Collaborate with the teams to plan and implement recommended technology based solutions where needed.
