Job Summary

This role involves the precise cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of equipment tools, including recording and ordering spare parts. Key responsibilities include disassembling tools, checking for wear or damage, and reassembling components according to technical manuals. The operator will also manage cleaning supplies, adhere to safety standards, and work with technical documentation, ensuring efficient and responsible execution of tasks within a set schedule.

Must Have

  • Precise cleaning, wear and functionality control of equipment tools
  • Recording and ordering spare parts
  • Cleaning equipment, tool components (e.g., mixing heads, small parts of foaming devices)
  • Disassembly of tools
  • Checking the condition of wear or damage to components
  • Assembling/mounting components into parts according to manuals
  • Working according to a time schedule
  • Replacing damaged parts with new ones
  • Adherence to health and safety, cleanliness, and order at the workplace
  • Daily record-keeping of spare parts consumption and damaged spare parts
  • Placing orders for new spare parts with supervisor
  • Record-keeping of cleaning products and placing orders for new cleaning products with supervisor
  • Working with technical documentation (drawings, manuals)
