Mid / senior Graphic Designer

The Mid/Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visuals for online and offline campaigns, preparing graphic materials for clients and internal projects, and collaborating with the marketing team on creative concepts. The role involves optimizing graphics based on feedback, developing the company's visual identity, and occasionally communicating with clients. The designer will also coordinate smaller projects, ensure deadlines are met, participate in brainstorming, and work closely with other departments.

Must Have

• Create visuals for online and offline campaigns (social networks, websites, print materials, posters, banners).
• Prepare and process graphic materials for clients and internal projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts.
• Edit and optimize graphics based on client or team feedback.
• Work with and develop the company's visual identity.
• Coordinate smaller projects and supervise deadlines.
• Minimum 3 years of active experience.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Ability to create for both online and offline environments.
• Ability to communicate with clients.
