Senior Process Engineer

The Senior Process Engineer will independently participate in technology preparation during the pre-series phase, including implementing new projects up to serial production, selecting, installing, and debugging new machines and tools, creating and optimizing layouts, and developing process documentation such as process flow charts, PFMEA, and control plans. They will also actively contribute to process improvement initiatives like Lean, Kaizen, and Poka Yoke, and collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and design departments.

Must Have

• Independently participate in technology preparation in the pre-series phase
• Implement new projects up to serial production
• Select, install, and debug new machines and tools
• Create and optimize layouts
• Develop process documentation (process flow charts, PFMEA, control plans)
• Actively participate and collaborate on process improvement, Lean, Kaizen, Poka Yoke
• Collaboration with production, quality, maintenance, and design departments
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the position/field
• Secondary education with matriculation, post-secondary/higher vocational education, university I. degree, university II. degree
• English language - Intermediate (B2)
• Microsoft Excel - Advanced
• Microsoft Word - Advanced
• AutoCAD - Basic
• Driving license B
• Basic knowledge at the level of university graduates in technical fields: technical documentation, automation, assembly, and production processes

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean production tools (Poka-Yoke, FMEA, 5S...)
• Communication skills, analytical and practical thinking
