Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile individual who is not afraid to connect a cable under a desk but also knows what to do when a server service goes down. You should be a technical enthusiast who will be our first line of help and a key support in infrastructure management, both internally and for clients. Must Have

Job Description, Powers and Responsibilities
We are looking for a versatile individual who is not afraid to connect a cable under a desk, but also knows what to do when a service on the server goes down. You should be a technical enthusiast who will be our first line of help, but also a key support in infrastructure management, both internally and for our clients. We are looking for a partner who has a general overview in IT, enjoys solving end-user problems, but also wants to professionally move towards server and network administration. If you speak English, have logical thinking, are organized, and Google is your best friend when solving unknown errors, read on.
What will you do?
Your work will be varied - a mix between Helpdesk at L1 level and Administration at L2 level:
- User support: Solving everyday problems of internal and external clients (HW, SW, printers, mobiles) - in person and remotely.
- Workstation management: Installation and configuration of OS (Windows, macOS, Linux), MS Office and company applications.
- Server part: Basic administration of Windows Server environment.
- Networks: Basic network troubleshooting (why the internet, intranet is not working, VPN setup, router, switch configuration).
- Cloud & SaaS: User and license management in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs). Basic administration in Microsoft Azure (Entra ID/Azure AD).
- Development: System monitoring, backup and assistance with deploying new technologies.
What do we expect from you?
We are not looking for a senior architect, but a person with solid foundations on which to build.
- Time Management: Ability to independently plan your working day and prioritize tasks (knowing how to critically evaluate what is urgent and what can wait).
- Reliability: We require absolute punctuality (adherence to deadlines, meeting times and start of work is sacred to us).
- Ability to solve problems independently and see things through to completion.
- Communicative, patient and willing to learn new technologies quickly.
Technical knowledge:
- OS: Advanced knowledge of client OS (Windows 10, Windows 11) and orientation in Windows and Linux (at least at a basic level) servers.
- Networks: You understand concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and can diagnose them.
- Active Directory: You know what it is and have experience with user management.
- HW: You know how to assemble a PC, replace a disk or RAM, connect peripherals.
- English language: Level B2/C1 (ability to communicate fluently, read documentation, or understand video tutorials).
- Driving license B: For the purpose of traveling to customers.
An advantage (not a condition) will be if:
- You have experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- You know the basics of Linux (regardless of distribution).
- You have experience with a ticketing system (Jira, Asana, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Orientation in modern AI (Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.)
