Team Leader – HalfPrice Bory Mall

As a Team Leader, you will work alongside the team, processing deliveries, managing the sales floor, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring cash register operations. You will also organize and coordinate the sales team, delegate tasks, provide feedback, manage shifts, support company culture, and train new employees.

Must Have

• Proven experience in a similar position (Senior Sales Assistant, Team Leader)
• Ability to react to the current situation in the store and a proactive approach
• Teamwork, ability to receive and give feedback
• Ability to motivate the team to meet daily challenges
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Ability to work weekends and shifts

• Working side-by-side with the team in areas such as: processing goods deliveries, working on the sales floor, organizing the warehouse, ensuring the operation of the cash register.
• Organizing and coordinating the work of the sales team in accordance with priorities.
• Delegating tasks and providing ongoing feedback to colleagues.
• Managing the work shift and daily team meetings.
• Supporting the company culture in your team.
• Training new employees.
