Job Description

We are looking to hire sales-driven, self-motivated individuals for the Advertisement Sales Team. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing client relationships, ensuring revenue generation, and maintaining sales reports. Candidates should have experience in revenue generation, client relationship management, and account management, and be able to provide creative solutions and gather market intelligence.
Must Have:
  • Identify and acquire new clients to broaden revenue base
  • Manage relations effectively with clients/accounts and agencies
  • Ensure retention of existing clients and increase recurring business deals
  • Regular follow ups with clients
  • Maintain sales reports, sales pipeline, client tracker
  • Ensure smooth execution of the deal, from deal closure to revenue collection
  • Work along with the sales operations team for smooth delivery of client expectations
  • Understand the needs of the clients and provide creative solutions
  • Gather market intelligence and prepare reports based on data
  • Travel within Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh (MP-CG) Region
  • 4-7 years of media sales experience in Indore market
  • Great communication and PR skills, with a client-first approach
  • Out-of-the-box thinker and a go-getter

About the job

We are looking to hire talent who are sales-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiasts to be part of the Advertisement Sales Team with experience in revenue generation, client relationship management, and account management.

Your role would be:

  • Identify and acquire new clients to broaden revenue base - Meeting and persuading clients across to buy advertising space or time on cinema screens
  • Manage relations effectively with clients/accounts and agencies to ensure retention of existing clients, increase recurring business deals and revenue from existing clients
  • Regular follow ups with clients
  • Maintain sales reports, sales pipeline, client tracker
  • Ensure smooth execution of the deal, from deal closure to revenue collection
  • Work along with the sales operations team for smooth delivery of client expectations
  • Understand the needs of the clients and provide creative solutions
  • Gather market intelligence and prepare reports based on data to share with the partners on a regular interval
  • Travel withing Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh (MP-CG) Region
