As our Logistics Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations for the manufacturing warehouse, including receiving, stocking, inventory management, and line-side delivery to the manufacturing lines. You will also be responsible for planning, developing, and improving warehouse processes, as well as supporting two assembly plants within the network. Additionally, you are responsible for hiring and developing the warehouse teams across while scaling operations.
In this role, you will:
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations within manufacturing plants, ensuring timely and efficient material flow to General Assembly and subassembly lines. Partner with Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, and Material Planning to strengthen kitting, line-side delivery, and replenishment processes.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that ensure Just-in-Time (JIT) material delivery to production lines at optimal cost and quality. Contribute to the transition toward full-scale production by strengthening warehouse processes, systems, and team capabilities.
- Build, train, and develop high-performing warehouse teams capable of supporting rapid volume growth and evolving production needs. Establish and maintain standardized work, visual management, and lean warehousing practices (5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement).
- Ensure operational readiness and preventive maintenance of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, AMRs, and conveyors, while enforcing robust safety and ergonomic standards.
- Monitor budget forecasts and performance, identify cost drivers, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial discipline. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements in cost, quality, and service levels.
- Act as the primary liaison between Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supplier Operations to ensure material readiness and operational alignment.
- Develop and implement the safety guidelines to ensure team safety
- Manage day-to-day operations of warehouse activities, including receiving, kitting, cycle counting within multiple facilities
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Logistics is providing high-quality service. Including but not limited to, Logistics, Engineering, and Service Operations
Qualifications
- 12+ years of leadership experience managing teams across multi-shift warehouse / material handling in manufacturing environments, supporting high-mix or ramp-up production.
- Automotive OEM experience in a complex environment
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and WMS systems
- Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and commute to different warehouse locations – must be flexible
Bonus Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels is considering for this position.
