Job Summary

Neolytix is seeking a Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant for a full-time, remote position. This role offers the opportunity to understand the end-to-end process of running a clinic and make a real impact with a respected consulting and management services organization. You will work with small to medium-sized healthcare providers across the United States, honing consultative skills and developing leadership.

Must Have

  • Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physicians.
  • Ensure medical record compliance through self-documentation attestation.
  • Update patient history, physical exam, and pertinent health information.
  • Prepare and send documentation to physicians for review and approval.
  • Monitor the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures.
  • Comply with hospital and medical facility policies, including HIPAA and Joint Commission.
  • Perform clerical duties to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow.
  • Demonstrate understanding to assess, review, and apply criteria.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
  • Desktop/Laptop with at least i3/Ryzen3 processor and 8GB RAM.
  • Webcam, noise-cancelling headset, and 30mbps internet speed or above.
  • Dedicated place at home for work.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role is preferred.

Job Description

  • Complies with hospital and medical facility policies, including those relating to HIPAA and Joint Commission.
  • Performs other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned.
  • Demonstrate understanding necessary to assess, review and apply criteria
