We are looking for you as Marketing Manager Trade (all genders) to take our Trade Marketing to the next level! With creative ideas and innovative strategies, you will sustainably and effectively shape the brand presence at the POS.
If you are keen to set fresh impulses, further develop our Trade Marketing with strategic foresight, and design innovative concepts to strengthen the brand at the POS, then you are exactly right with us!
Your tasks include:
- Strategic development of innovative trade marketing concepts to optimally present our products at the POS and increase brand performance.
- Creativity: You bring in new ideas, further develop trade marketing, and create measures that stand out from the crowd.
- Planning and implementation of sales-promoting actions, promotions, and POS materials in close coordination with internal and external partners.
- Development of sell-in strategies that help the sales team to bring our products even more successfully into retail.
- Live Activation Marketing: Conception and implementation of events, trade fairs, roadshows, or pop-up stores that make our brand tangible.
- Data-driven work: Budget planning and monitoring, success control, KPI analyses, and optimization of measures for continuous improvement of our trade marketing strategies.
- Close cooperation with Sales, Brand Management, and external partners to successfully realize innovative concepts.
What we expect from you:
- Professional experience: You bring at least three years of experience in marketing, with a focus on trade and retail marketing, and ideally insights into event or live marketing.
- Market knowledge: You have sound knowledge of the retail landscape and experience in dealing with various retailers – from key accounts (e.g., Müller, Thalia, or MediaMarkt/Saturn) to specialist retailers (e.g., KaDeWe or small owner-managed bookstores).
- Project management: You keep an eye on deadlines, budgets, and resources at all times, manage and prioritize several projects in parallel, and thus ensure smooth implementation even in dynamic phases.
- Creativity & innovative spirit: You are keen to try new things and continuously develop trade marketing.
- Strategic thinking: You not only develop operational measures but also long-term concepts that sustainably strengthen our brand.
- Analytical strength & hands-on mentality: You can evaluate data, derive sound decisions from it, and develop pragmatic solutions.
- Communication & coordination: You convince with your skill in dealing with internal and external stakeholders and can successfully manage complex projects.
- Language skills: You have fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
