About the Role:
As an MBA Intern at Honor, you’ll own a 10–12 week, full-time project that drives measurable business results. You’ll work cross-functionally to analyze complex problems, develop and test solutions, and translate learnings into scaled improvements that advance Honor’s mission. Each intern is paired with a dedicated manager and executive sponsor and will present their work and results to senior leadership at the end of the summer. This position is remote (U.S.-based), with an in-person opportunity to connect with peers, company leaders, and your intern cohort. Upon successful completion of the internship, you’ll be evaluated for a full-time opportunity to join Honor following graduation from your MBA program. Full-time offers are extended based on performance and business need. Interns join one of five focus areas based on background, interest, and business need:
- Finance & Economics – Apply analytical and modeling expertise to improve how Honor invests, operates, and grows sustainably. Example projects include developing an “entitlement view” of Honor’s economic model to guide investment decisions or building and implementing tools that forecast and optimize capital deployment across markets. Ideal backgrounds: finance, economics, or corporate strategy. Potential full-time roles on Finance or Care Platform Economics teams.
- Growth & Marketing – Design, test, and execute programs that drive measurable market expansion and customer acquisition. Example projects include piloting new government payer partnerships, executing franchise owner acquisition campaigns, or refining channel strategies through data-driven experimentation. Ideal backgrounds: marketing, consulting, business development, or go-to-market analytics. Potential full-time roles on Sales and Marketing teams.
- Operations – Reimagine and implement operational improvements that make care delivery more efficient, scalable, and client-centered. Example projects include testing and scaling initiatives that improve client re-engagement or building repeatable playbooks to strengthen Care Pro retention and field performance. Ideal backgrounds: operations, consulting, process improvement, or program management. Potential full-time roles in Care Platform Operations and Owned & Operated Franchise Operations.
- People – Develop and test people programs that strengthen Honor’s Care Pro or HQ workforce systems and improve retention, engagement, and leadership effectiveness. Example projects include building and piloting workforce planning models to forecast hiring needs, designing and piloting manager enablement toolkits, or designing and piloting engagement and retention initiatives. Ideal backgrounds: HR analytics, people operations, organizational design, or strategy consulting. Potential full-time roles on HQ People, Care Pro Hiring, and Care Pro Retention teams.
- Research & Development – Bridge business strategy and technology to build and deploy tools and automation that create operational leverage and scale. Example projects include partnering with data and engineering teams to roll out an ML-powered triage tool for support operations, or implementing dashboards that improve real-time decision-making across care operations. Ideal backgrounds: data analytics, engineering, technical product management, or tech-enabled operations. Potential full-time roles on Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science teams.

We’re looking for you to bring:
