Job Description
The Senior Media Direction position plays a strategic role in leading a core dedicated to a global account already consolidated in the agency. The role requires technical mastery in offline media, with depth in TV, in addition to an integrated vision between online and offline channels. The person will be responsible for connecting local and global strategies, translating data into consistent analyses, insights, and recommendations, with a focus on performance and innovation.
The role involves direct interaction with international teams, multidisciplinary team management, and active participation in campaign planning and execution decisions. The environment is structured, with support from operations and BI areas, and offers great strategic visibility.
Responsibilities
- Fluent English (especially reading and writing)
- Solid experience in offline media, with a focus on TV
- Experience in global accounts and working with international metrics
- Experience with MMM methodology applied to campaigns and planning
- Knowledge in digital media, with channel integration capability
- Leadership, organizational skills, and critical vision on results
- Good communication for interaction with different levels (client, global, regional)

Qualifications
- Lead a core team composed of management, supervision, coordination, and assistance, promoting integration with operations and BI
- Conduct daily relationship with the client, ensuring a strategic posture, security, and clarity in communication
- Interact with global and regional teams, monitoring and responding to metrics and KPIs
- Develop and present media strategies with analytical depth and focus on results
- Manage online and offline campaigns, ensuring performance, consistency, and continuous learning
- Support the digital evolution of the account, contributing with a strategic vision for the next cycles
- Work with tools such as TGI, Monitor, Instar (main), digital platforms, and research methodologies
- Use the MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) methodology as a basis for analyses and recommendations
