In this role, you will boost sales through effective execution, correctly implementing promotions, planograms, and guidelines, and collecting information to ensure optimal in-store execution. The sales promoter specializes in sales and persuasion strategies, aiming to captivate potential customers and encourage product purchases. Additionally, you will apply marketing strategies to promote products and strengthen the brand.
Must Have
- Replenish merchandise on shelves, islands, and extra points (displays, end caps, clip strips).
- Ensure product validity, applying the FIFO method (first in, first out).
- Organize categories and correct stockouts.
- Price and clean products and shelf fronts.
- Assemble POS materials, such as banners, wobblers, and posters.
- Implement Unilever promotional campaigns.
- Highlight brand launches and innovations.
Good to Have
- High School completed.
- Desirable Excel knowledge.
- Experience in the area is desirable.
- Good communication and agility.
- Availability to work on Saturdays.

What can you expect from the role?
In this position, you will boost sales through execution. Correctly implement promotions, planograms, guidelines, and collect information, thus ensuring the best execution in-store.
The sales promoter is a specialist in sales and persuasion strategies, aiming to captivate potential customers and encourage them to purchase products. Additionally, they are skilled in applying marketing strategies to promote the product and strengthen the brand.
Main activities and responsibilities
- Replenishment of merchandise on shelves, islands, and extra points (displays, end caps, clip strips).
- Guarantee of product validity, applying the FIFO method (first to expire, first out).
- Organization of categories and correction of stockouts.
- Pricing and cleaning of products and shelf fronts.
- Assembly of POS materials, such as banners, wobblers, and posters.
- Application of Unilever promotional campaigns.
- Highlighting brand launches and innovations.
