Job Summary
This role is responsible for processing invoices, checking cargo, managing invoice exchanges (triangulation), actively participating in the loss and gain agenda, inventories, and stock accuracy. You will also ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality activities at the Aguaí Factory, in accordance with Unilever's legal requirements. Must Have
- Perform inventories (adjustments, counts, and consolidations)
- Participate in and monitor the loss and gain agenda
- Improve processes and activities, eliminating losses and waste through UMS methodology kaizens
- Process invoices and triangulate invoices for third-party warehouses
- Process invoices for the Tank Farm, with stock control
- Manage stays (control priorities and reduction)
- Manage Pallet Chep (bookkeeping / return / inventory control)
- Perform cargo checklists (vehicle conditions, according to standards)
- Ensure safety: LOTO and keys for parked vehicles
- Perform balance checks (stock control)
- Control warehouse occupancy and suggest improvements for stock management
- Administer operational activities
- Check buffer and production area stocks
- Evaluate material needs in production lines and processes
- Check transfers made by warehouse and production
- Collaborate with manufacturing needs
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace and correctly practice selective waste collection
- Count and deliver leftover packaging material in order, identifying it properly and following area instructions
- Identify and register improvement opportunities in the work environment
- Maintain updated physical and accounting stock
- Have total control over production losses and gains
- Know and comply with General Loss Control Rules
- Ensure quality and safety in the transport and positioning of inputs
- Participate in annual forklift and pallet truck operation training

- Work in core systems, operating packaging equipment to avoid accidents, aiming to achieve a predetermined production volume with specified quality
- Separate materials that do not meet quality parameters, identifying them in an appropriate place, according to area instructions
- Collaborate for the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SHE & Q Management Systems (Framework Standard) for the Aguaí Factory, of all corporate policies of the Company, translating them into procedures and conduct to be followed by all employees
- Know and apply General SHE Rules in performing activities
- Know the SHE objectives and goals of the area, as well as participate in Safety, Quality, and Environment training
- Participate in emergency simulations with seriousness and commitment
- If a Brigadista, actively participate in training, emergency simulations, and real situations, when necessary
- Participate in accident/incident investigation if involved and/or witnessed
- Report any risk situation found in the work area or other areas through a SHE tag
- Perform pre-use checklist for forklifts
- Make notes of received packaging and consumption materials for control and traceability
- Take samples and perform analyses for quality control
- Observe and enforce GMP and HACCP procedures
- Stop equipment upon detecting any abnormality, making necessary mechanical adjustments, or calling technicians for major repairs
- Perform inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment according to AM (autonomous maintenance) plan
- Report equipment and process abnormalities during the shift
- Report non-conforming received materials
- Ensure product traceability, with invoice and batch entry
- Know and apply the SHE and Quality Policy in performing activities
- Collaborate with actions to achieve the objectives and goals of the area
- Monitor and read pallets with LPN labels (SAP)
- Control loading windows together with the planning/supply team, ensuring compliance with the "papaléguas" system programming for pending stock coverage and customer service
- Perform the fiscal invoicing and finished product dispatch process
- Perform stock movements via system (SAP) according to physical movement
- Ensure stock organization and accuracy. Participate in official inventories
- Perform equipment safety checklists (AM)

PURPOSE OF THE VACANCY

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inventories (Adjustments, counts, and consolidations);

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma;
- Knowledge of Office suite;
- Knowledge of administrative routines and SAP;
- Technical Course: Forklift driver/operator training – NR11.
