This role is for a Digital & Tech Business Partner for Beauty & Wellbeing in Greater Asia, accountable for the end-to-end digitization of the business unit. Key responsibilities include landing the Digital & Technology plan, driving adoption and value, managing product deployment, and collaborating with stakeholders to define scope and goals. The partner will also act as a first point of contact for the business unit into Digital & Technology and identify opportunities for AI and automation.

Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The role is accountable for landing the end-to-end digitisation of the business unit. This role is accountable for landing the BU Digital & Technology plan across products, as prioritised by the Digital & Technology BU lead, including driving embedment into the business, adoption, and value. Working closely with business stakeholders and promoting user centricity with products, this role is a steward of Digital & Technology impact in the business unit.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Trusted partner to BU functional teams.
  • Lands the BU Lead’s E2E Digital & Technology plan for the business unit - working across technologies and products to create the path to business value, ensuring smooth product delivery and business deployment.
  • Drives benefits and adoption with the business unit.
  • Plans and manages digital, data, and ai product deployment into the business unit.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to define scope, goals, plans, and timelines.
  • Drives local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement.
  • Accountable for business unit sign-off and validation.
  • Acts as a first point of contact for BU team members into Digital & Technology, resolving risks, issues, and questions.
  • Suggests opportunities for leverage of AI and Automation to drive productivity, growth or operational effectiveness across Digital & Technology products landing in the country.
