Job Summary

Unilever is seeking a Customer Service Assistant Manager to support business objectives and corporate growth. This role involves coordinating month zero and S&OE quarter operations, ensuring seamless DT & direct channel order execution, managing supply phasing delivery, and handling quarterly execution challenges with a service-first mindset. The manager will also be accountable for daily stock replenishment, fair share stock allocation, managing ad-hoc supply requests, and leading transformative projects within the CS function.

Must Have

  • Responsible for coordination of the execution of month zero operations as well as S&OE quarter operations between SC & the business
  • Responsible for ensuring seamless operations in terms of DT & direct channel order execution
  • Accountable for coordinating supply phasing delivery with supply planning team in weekly buckets
  • Responsible for managing all quarterly execution challenges in terms of supply & demand
  • Accountable for the daily stock replenishment of the general trade channel customer
  • Accountable for fair share stock allocation from factory to CDC/DC on daily basis
  • Accountable for daily fare share stock allocation across customers based on the plan achievement
  • Responsible for managing extra/adhock supply ask requirements in the short period Wk0-Wk13
  • Use the Customer Service and Supply Chain KPI to highlight the problem areas of the operation
  • Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all agreed supply chain/customer service KPI enhancement actions
  • Responsible for team development and skill building of all team members
  • Safeguard the company assets comprising trade debtors by ensuring overdue control
  • Provide meaningful and timely information for reporting and control
  • Lead transformative & strategic projects across entire CS function
  • Ensuring safe landing of business topline targets
  • Accountable for SLOBs management as SC business counterpart
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Supply chain background is a must
  • Experience leading teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft office is a must

  • Preferably in FMCG or a similar field
  • SAP practical knowledge is preferable

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

  • Responsible for coordination of the execution of month zero operations as well as S&OE quarter operations between SC & the business
  • Responsible for ensuring seamless operations in terms of DT & direct channel order execution
  • Accountable for coordinating supply phasing delivery with supply planning team in weekly buckets as per agreed service level signed off with our business stake holders.
  • Responsible for managing all quarterly execution challenges in terms of supply & demand & taking pivotal decisions & trade-offs with a service first & foremost mindset
  • Accountable for the daily stock replenishment of the general trade channel customer with the agreed phasing – ensuring stock availability & system readiness
  • Accountable for fair share stock allocation from factory to CDC/DC on daily basis.
  • Accountable for daily fare share stock allocation across customers based on the plan achievement against monthly plan.
  • Responsible for managing extra/adhock supply ask requirements in the short period Wk0-Wk13 through the Weekly Operation Meeting as part of the S&OP Cycle structure.
  • Use the Customer Service and Supply Chain KPI to highlight the problem areas of the operation to the concerned management in order to improve the Supply Chain process. As well as ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all agreed supply chain/customer service KPI enhancement actions (DR/CCFOT)
  • Responsible for team development and skill building of all team members.
  • Safeguard the company assets comprising trade debtors by ensuring overdue control.
  • Provide meaningful and timely information for reporting and control: Sales Analysis and Performance and Stock Availability as well as visibility on losses
  • Lead transformative & strategic projects across entire CS function as well as ensuring safe landing of business topline targets
  • Accountable for SLOBs management as SC business counterpart.

Experiences & Qualifications
