Reporting to the Customer Development BU Lead, the role involves achieving sales, market share, and margin targets in line with marketing and commercial strategies. YOUR MISSIONS

Reporting to the Customer Development BU Lead, the Key Account Manager is responsible for delivering USG (UVG and UPG), market share, and margin objectives for their accounts, in line with the marketing strategy, commercial strategy, and allocated budgets.

As a Key Account Manager, your main missions are as follows:

  • you are responsible for implementing Unilever's commercial policy in collaboration with the CD BU Lead;
  • you are responsible for managing your clients' operating accounts (by defining objectives, building forecasts, and managing investments);
  • you are responsible for negotiating and applying commercial agreements;
  • you participate in the Supply Chain policy within your accounts;
  • you communicate relevant information to the various concerned departments in a timely manner;
  • you are responsible for developing client relationships and your external information network on markets and competition.
  • you directly manage a Promo Expert

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Graduated with a Master's degree from a Business School or equivalent university, you have at least 5 to 7 years of experience (excluding internships/apprenticeships) ideally spent in the field then in Category Management, Key Account Management and/or Marketing functions;
  • You have perfect knowledge of the consumer goods sector and its challenges;
  • Results and client-oriented with a growth mindset, you have a strong attraction for negotiation;
  • You are organized and action-oriented, responsibilities do not scare you;
  • You have a very good team spirit and demonstrate leadership to inspire those around you;
  • Fluent English is required for this position.
