Job Summary

This role ensures the quality and safety of Home and Personal Care products manufactured by Unilever Thai Trading Ltd., supporting compliance with local and international standards. Key responsibilities include managing quality systems, ensuring consumer safety and hygiene, overseeing testing, leading continuous improvement initiatives, supporting innovation, and developing team members through coaching and training to foster a culture of quality across the organization.

Must Have

  • Ensure product specifications, traceability, and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Maintain documentation and support audits.
  • Implement and monitor hygiene, cleaning, and contamination control programs.
  • Support HACCP and GMP compliance across production lines.
  • Oversee laboratory operations, ensure testing accuracy, and develop new methods.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives using structured methodologies.
  • Support zero-defect manufacturing and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in product trials and process changes.
  • Ensure quality standards are met during new product launches and modifications.
  • Coach and train team members, promote quality awareness, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, Engineering, Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Experience in quality control, assurance, laboratory, or manufacturing.
  • Strong command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills in problem-solving, auditing, and training.
  • Knowledge of quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO17025 and BRCGs.

Good to Have

  • Demonstrated potential to operate at a higher responsibility level.
  • Experience with continuous improvement tools (e.g., QC 7 tools, DOE).
  • Familiarity with global quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, Engineering, Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Experience in quality control, assurance, laboratory, or manufacturing.
  • Strong command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
