Job Summary
The FCM Operations Manager provides secondary-level problem resolution across all operational aspects of the FCM. This role involves working with the team on new initiatives, setting standards for handling operational and customer-related issues, and demonstrating a full understanding of operational trade and end-of-day workflows. The manager will lead internal projects and discover, recommend, and document updates to current operational processes. Responsibilities include developing an understanding of FCM infrastructure, internal operational processes, and applications like account set-ups, trade submission workflows, and margin services tools. The manager will also build strong relationships with various FCM stakeholders and support CME Group’s efforts to develop innovative enhancements for team and customer experience.
Must Have
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Good to Have
- Understanding of Prediction Markets
- An understanding of the trade lifecycle and post-execution workflows, including clearing and settlement

The FCM Operations Manager provides secondary-level problem resolution across all operational aspects of the FCM. The Manager will work with their team on new initiatives, set the standard for handling operational & customer-related issues, demonstrate full understanding of our operational trade & end-of-day workflows, lead internal projects, and discover/recommend/document updates to current operational processes.

What You'll Do
- Develop an understanding of FCM infrastructure and internal operational processes and applications, such as account set-ups, trade submission workflows, and margin services tools.
- Develop strong relationships with the FCMs various stakeholders across multiple areas.
- Support CME Group’s effort to develop innovative enhancements that improve our team and our customers’ experience. Document firm enhancement requests and help prioritize them. Suggest ideas to improve the customer experience and improve internal processes.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Understanding of Prediction Markets preferred
- Must work well in a team environment
- Self-motivated individual
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite required
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An understanding of the trade lifecycle and post-execution workflows, including clearing and settlement, is highly valued.
This role is hybrid and will require a flexible schedule that includes occasional weekend work as well as being onsite 3 days a week in our Singapore office, with flexibility.
