We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across core Dynamics modules and a solid understanding of integration and technical development. Key responsibilities include implementing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, working with business stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring seamless integration with Power Platform and other enterprise applications, and providing technical guidance for custom development and enhancements.

Must Have:

  • Ensure seamless integration with Power Platform and other enterprise applications
  • Provide technical guidance and support for custom development and enhancements
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM core modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Commerce (Retail), Customer Insights
  • Integration experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and other common enterprise integrations
  • Technical proficiency in C#/.NET, React or Angular
