If you want to join a passionate team of developers driving toward the future of immersive gaming, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, track, and respond to bug reports, feedback, and player inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Identify and address emerging issues, concerns, or violations of community guidelines and help resolve conflicts raised by community members.
  • Assist in defining and maintaining community strategies, such as player acquisition, engagement methods, and moderation policies.
  • Plan and implement effective online and offline community outreach initiatives and programs that actively engage our community.
  • Assist in identifying and creating assets to support the studio's and game's community communication needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure accurate brand representation and communications.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a social media, communications, or PR role.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and online forums, especially Discord, Reddit, and Twitch.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities are essential.
  • Maintain a professional attitude in all online interactions.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in community and social media management platforms and tools.
