Middle/Senior Core Game Designer

The Core Game Designer will be responsible for developing abilities and character sets, collaborating with the technical game design team, and interacting with content teams and programmers. The role involves participation in discussions, brainstorms, and playtests to contribute to the full development cycle. The ideal candidate should possess rich gaming experience, particularly in PvP and RPG games, demonstrate feature ownership, and have strong communication skills, creative and critical thinking abilities. The candidate should also have knowledge of algorithms and formal logic, pay attention to detail and efficiency, and be able to process new information quickly.

Must Have

• Rich gaming experience, particularly in PvP and RPG games.
• Proven experience being a feature owner.
• Decent communication skills, creative and critical thinking.
• Knowledge of algorithms and formal logic.
• Attention to detail and efficiency, ability to process new information quickly.
• Fluent communication in Russian.

Good to Have

• Availability of personal projects or jam games.
• Programming skills (Python, C#, C/C++).
• Experience working with Unity.
• Familiarity/knowledge of the Git version system.
