Job Description

The position is for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for expanding new businesses. This role is a client-facing position, primarily focused on developing new partnerships with game companies and publishers. The main focus will be on sales activities related to QA testing and localization services. This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships. The role is within the New Business Sales Team of the Sales Division and reports directly to the Director of Partnerships. The responsibilities include researching and proposing solutions to potential clients in the gaming industry, developing and executing sales strategies to promote QA testing and localization services, and supporting the entire sales process from inquiry to contract. Additionally, building relationships with game developers and publishers, attending industry events, collaborating with internal teams, and managing sales activities using CRM tools are key aspects of the role.
Must have:
  • Research and propose to potential clients in the gaming industry
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for QA testing and localization services
  • Support the whole sales process from inquiry to contract
  • Build relationships with game developers and publishers

  • 社内のデリバリーチーム、マーケティング、マネジメントとも連携しながら、スムーズな導入・立ち上げをサポート
  • CRMツールを使って営業活動を管理し、進捗や成果をチームと共有
  • 常に業界のトレンドや他社の動きをチェックし、より良い提案に活かします
