We are searching for an accomplished NOC (Network Operations Center) Team Lead and Technical Expert with over 10 years of hands-on experience in leading NOC teams and managing complex IT environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in network, server, cloud, and application monitoring, combined with a proven track record in people management, team development, and operational excellence. This role requires a leader who can drive both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal network performance and security while fostering a high-performing team culture. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring the NOC team, overseeing real-time monitoring of IT infrastructure, troubleshooting complex issues, implementing proactive and reactive processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Must Have
- Lead and mentor the NOC team
- Oversee real-time monitoring of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, applications, and cloud environments
- Serve as the technical expert in troubleshooting and resolving complex network and infrastructure issues
- Implement and refine proactive and reactive processes to prevent and address incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve operational workflows
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Drive continuous evaluation of network performance
- Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on service metrics and KPIs
- ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification
- Ensure that network issues are resolved within established SLAs
- Collaborate with other NOC Shift Leads and teams to address cross-functional issues
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Ready to work in 24/7 operational model
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud environment management, and network monitoring
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of IT professionals
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and network systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Intermediate or Expert level certification

This role requires a leader who can drive both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal network performance and security while fostering a high-performing team culture.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the NOC team, leveraging extensive people management experience to develop talent, drive accountability, and promote continuous improvement.
- Oversee the real-time monitoring of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, applications, and cloud environments, using advanced monitoring tools and automation.
- Serve as the technical expert in troubleshooting and resolving complex network and infrastructure issues, ensuring rapid response and minimal downtime.
- Implement and refine both proactive and reactive processes to prevent and address incidents, outages, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve operational workflows, enhance system reliability, and uphold security standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the NOC team.
- Drive continuous evaluation of network performance, recommending and implementing improvements based on industry’s best practices and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on service metrics and KPIs.
- ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification (Intermediate or Expert level preferred).
- Ensure that network issues are resolved within established SLAs.
- Collaborate with other NOC Shift Leads and teams to address cross-functional issues.
