Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an operations or process-oriented role.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A process-driven mindset with the ability to follow workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.

- Perform routine and ad hoc tasks to support the administration of compensation programs.
- Upload and manage critical documents and data across platforms.
- Follow established workflows meticulously to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement enhancements.
- Work closely with colleagues across various teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet high standards.
- Provide operational support to the team and help balance workload demands during peak periods.
- Maintain detailed records of tasks, workflows, and updates to ensure consistent and transparent operations.
- Assist in generating periodic reports to track progress and identify process efficiencies.
- Develop expertise in specific operational areas to become a go-to resource for the team.

Requirements
