Job Description
Ninja Van, a tech-enabled logistics company operating across Southeast Asia, is seeking an Operations Cost & Performance Assistant Manager. This role involves monitoring and analyzing the company's cost structure to identify key cost drivers and improve operational efficiency and costs. Responsibilities include creating KPIs for operations, coordinating with stakeholders to set cost budgets, gathering and evaluating performance data for monthly KPIs, creating and executing pay schemes for blue-collar workers, and monitoring cost trends.
Must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field
- 2+ years experience as data analyst, market research, operation analyst, corporate strategy, or business analyst
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Detail oriented and data driven
- Problem solver and structured thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good to have:
- Experience in Tableau or Python
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to self-learn under minimal direction

Operations Cost & Performance Assistant Manager responsible in monitoring and analysing company cost structure to get better visibility of cost driving factor, also help improving operation performances to create more efficient ops & cost.
Responsibilities
- Create KPI for Operations to help improve performances
- Coordinate with stakeholders to set cost budget based on data for every ops function
- Gather, calculate & evaluate performance data for monthly ops KPI based on scheme created
- Create pay scheme for blue collars workers in related Ops function
- Execute, maintain, and calculate payscheme
- Monitor and analyze cost trend with insight from related stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree related Analytical Skill from an accredited college or university
- +2 years experience as data analyst, market research, operation analyst, corporate strategy, business analyst
- Curiosity and eager to learn in a fast paced environment also self learn under minimal direction
- Proficiency in research methods and data analysis tools like Excel and SQL, with experience in Tableau or Python
- Detail oriented and data driven
- Problem solver and structure thinking
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skill
