Job Summary
Nasdaq Technology is seeking an AI Ops Specialist in Mumbai, India, to join the FinTech Client Success organization. This role focuses on operational management of AI initiatives, driving adoption of AI tooling across the CX organization, and optimizing its financial impact. Responsibilities include defining KPIs, tracking financial impacts, driving adoption campaigns, collaborating on learning paths, and optimizing costs to maximize ROI for AI tooling.
Must Have
- Develop and implement software solutions.
- Define adoption KPIs and metrics in collaboration with practice leaders.
- Convert defined metrics into financial impacts, aligning with budgets and targets.
- Drive adoption of AI tooling through focused campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal Learning & Development teams to curate learning courses, certifications, and learning paths.
- Evaluate AI initiatives, using cost vs. benefit analysis and tracking ROI indicators.
- Optimize operating and capital costs to maximize ROI for AI tooling.
- Present findings clearly and accurately to stakeholders across functional and technical domains.
- 15-18 years of experience with proven expertise in AI initiatives and operations.
- Strong knowledge of finance and financial impact analysis.
- Strong analytical skill to analyze available data and develop reports and dashboards.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent technical expertise.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and accurately.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effective engagement with different stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and drive action plans for delivering specified objectives.
Good to Have
- Expert level proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Familiarity with AI governance, and ethical AI practices.
- Exposure to enterprise-level AI deployments and integrations.

As a AI Ops Specialist, you are accountable for measuring (operationally and financially), and for driving and optimizing the adoption of the AI tooling across the CX organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and strong communication skills to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business value.

Join the FinTech Client Success organization, as a member of the PMO team you will be responsible for operational management of the AI initiatives aimed at enhancing innovation and operational efficiency within the Client Experience teams.
Role Responsibilities -
As a AI Ops Specialist, your focus will be developing and implementing software solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.
- Define adoption KPIs and metrics in collaboration with practice leaders - define the corresponding dashboards and tracking mechanisms – put monitoring in place
- Convert defined metrics into financial impacts, in collaboration with the Finance and Management teams, and align with budgets and targets.
- Drive adoption of AI tooling through focused campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the internal Learning & Development teams to curate learning courses, certifications, and learning paths.
- Evaluate AI initiatives, using cost vs. benefit analysis and tracking the expected ROI indicators.
- Optimize operating and capital costs to maximize ROI for AI tooling.
- Present findings clearly and accurately to stakeholders across functional and technical domains, including finance teams.
We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)
- 15-18 years of experience with proven expertise in AI initiatives and operations.
- Strong knowledge of finance and financial impact analysis.
- Strong analytical skill to analyze available data and able to develop reports and dashboards to support the leadership in timely and effective decision making.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent technical expertise.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and accurately.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effective engagement with different stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and drive the action plans for delivering the specified objectives.
It would be great if you (Preferred Qualifications)
- Expert level proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Familiarity with AI governance, and ethical AI practices.
