We are seeking an experienced Oracle HRMS SA Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle HRMS modules and excellent communication skills. This role involves conducting business requirement sessions, configuring HRMS modules, and ensuring Oracle solutions align with organizational needs. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, designing structured documentation, delivering training, configuring Work Structure, Absence Management, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, and AME, collaborating with teams, and providing post-implementation support.
Must Have:- Minimum 8 years of experience as an Oracle HRMS Functional or SA Consultant.
- Proven ability to conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate them into system configurations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HRMS Work Structure, Absence Management, Self-Service, Performance Management, and AME setup.
- Expert knowledge of Oracle documentation methodology and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
