Job Summary
Join Xplor as an Order to Cash (O2C) Assistant Manager within the Corporate team, reporting to the International O2C Manager. This role is crucial for leading global O2C operations, ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end order to cash cycle, driving operational excellence, and supporting strategic finance and payments initiatives. Responsibilities include team leadership, training on O2C processes, reconciliation, process improvement feedback, KPI reporting, audit support, automation identification, and maintaining internal controls.
Must Have
- Assist in leading the O2C team, providing guidance, performance management, and development opportunities
- Train on the day to day function of the full O2C process including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and escalation resolution
- Ensure and process timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable and related accounting entries
- Feedback to Managers with process / system improvements and assist in implementation
- Report on KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Support audit and compliance activities related to revenue and receivables
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintains a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk avoidance
- Knowledge of international accounting standards and multi-currency environments
- Project management or process improvement experience
- Communicates effectively and contributes to a positive team dynamic
- Applies situational awareness to anticipate challenges and resolve issues independently
- Demonstrates sound judgment and practical decision-making in day-to-day tasks including logic behind operational judgment
- Attention to detail at the upmost highest of qualities
- Proven experience in assisting to manage O2C operations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
Good to Have
- Hands-on experience with Stripe or similar payment platforms
- Familiarity with ERP systems and system integration projects (NetSuite, Salesforce)
- Experience in the SAAS and payments industry is highly desirable
- Advanced Excel skills necessity
- Excellent analytical, communication, and management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment

Join our Corporate team as a Order to Cash (O2C) Assistant Manager to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.
Reporting into the International Order to Cash Manager, you will help us lead our global O2C operations. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of the end-to-end order to cash cycle, driving operational excellence, and supporting strategic initiatives across finance and payments. Some of the other responsibilities include:
- Assist in leading the O2C team, providing guidance, performance management, and development opportunities.
- Train on the day to day function of the full O2C process including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and escalation resolution to include processing where required to ensure this is done.
- Ensure and process timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable and related accounting entries.
- Feedback to Managers with process / system improvements and assist in implementation
- Report on KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Support audit and compliance activities related to revenue and receivables.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows along side Managers within the team and main stakeholders

- The average base salary pay range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000
- May be considered for a discretionary annual bonus
- Location: You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights in the United States, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.
