Job Summary

The Recruitment Lead will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partner with hiring managers, and attract top talent to meet business goals. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on recruitment expertise. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, leading a team of recruiters, building talent pipelines, driving employer branding, and analyzing recruitment metrics to ensure a seamless candidate experience and continuous process improvement.

Must Have

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure hiring goals are met
  • Proven work experience in end-to-end core IT recruitment and IT services businesses and Niche profiles
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce planning and role requirements
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and present regular reports to management
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to continuously improve recruitment processes and policies
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and recruitment best practices
  • Responsible for working with External Recruitment Agencies and ensuring the agreed recruitment commitments are met
  • Manpower planning, receiving manpower requisitions, preparing JD with concern with Departments head
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or team management role
  • Proven experience in IT/technical hiring (preferred for IT service-based companies)
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

About this position

The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent to meet our business goals. This role requires a mix of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on recruitment expertise.

You need to have:
