Job Summary
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and optimize scalable, cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for high-availability systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in multi-cloud environments, infrastructure automation, observability, and DevOps best practices, with the ability to mentor team members and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Must Have
- Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Lead GitOps adoption and advanced deployment strategies.
- Manage and secure containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Architect and support serverless and cloud-native applications.
- Enforce cloud security best practices, IAM policies, and compliance standards.
- Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Proven experience managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, ArgoCD, Flux).
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, CloudFormation, Puppet, or Chef).
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger).
- Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages.
- Understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancers, and service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).
- Knowledge of GitOps, automated testing, and advanced deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud security, DevSecOps, and secrets management (Vault, SOPS).
Good to Have
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).

About this position
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in multi-cloud environments, infrastructure automation, observability, and DevOps best practices, with the ability to mentor team members and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
What are you going to do?
- Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient code integration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure high availability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and scaling using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, OpenTelemetry) to ensure observability and performance.
- Lead the adoption of GitOps and advanced deployment strategies (blue-green, canary releases) using tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
- Manage and secure containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, including service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
- Architect and support serverless and cloud-native applications (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions).
- Enforce cloud security best practices, IAM policies, and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR, CIS benchmarks).
- Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to streamline release processes and improve system reliability.
You need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Proven experience managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native services.
