Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our staffing solutions team. The role involves generating leads, conducting cold calls, setting up client meetings, and building long-term relationships. You will work collaboratively to achieve company goals, enhance client satisfaction, and manage the entire client acquisition and relationship lifecycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals and ensuring service delivery.
Must Have
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to understand staffing needs.

- Negotiate terms, agreements, and pricing to close deals.
- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in staffing or recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

About this position
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, setting up client meetings, and building long-term relationships with new and existing clients. As a key player in the business development team, you will work collaboratively to achieve company goals and enhance client satisfaction.
What are you going to do?
1) Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
2) Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to understand their staffing needs and address any concerns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team.
3) Meeting & Presentation:
- Set up client meetings to present staffing solutions and understand client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing our staffing services.
- Negotiate terms, agreements, and pricing to close deals effectively.
4) Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Share client insights and feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to optimize business development strategies.
5) Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client expectations.
- Provide insights to the management team to refine business development strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and suggest innovative approaches to maximize revenue.
6) Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, meetings, and business outcomes.
You need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
