Internship M/F Fixed-term contract 35h - Nike Athlete (Salesperson in store) Textile

As an Athlete, you will leverage your expertise in quality service and product knowledge to provide consumers with a premium brand experience. You will assist Leads and Coaches in training new employees, contribute to the smooth operation of various departments (e.g., cashier, merchandise management, restocking, display organization), and recommend suitable products to achieve sales targets. You will also use digital tools to connect online and in-store purchases or services, inform customers and colleagues about NIKE products, and continuously improve your knowledge through training and understanding sales trends, products, services, and NIKE culture.

In our NIKE stores, we use special titles for our positions: for example, "Head Coach" for a store manager, "Assistant Head Coach" for an assistant store manager. Similarly, "Coach" is the term used for a department manager, "Lead" for a team leader, and "Athlete" designates sales associates.
