1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of experience in corporate culture or internal communication; experience in gaming or large internet companies is preferred.
2. Has a background in self-media operations, public relations, or media, and is familiar with overall communication strategies and implementation.
3. Highly sensitive to people and narratives, with excellent content creation, copywriting, and script planning abilities; familiar with youth social context, enthusiastic about new things and popular culture.
4. Strong self-drive and sense of purpose, with excellent multi-tasking and project promotion abilities, able to adapt to the fast iteration pace of internet companies.
5. Good at cross-team collaboration and communication, possesses a high sense of responsibility and team spirit, and can effectively promote the closed-loop implementation of cultural projects.
