1. Master the necessary skills for motion graphics production, and be able to design suitable interface display, switching motion effects, and interactive animation solutions based on existing game styles and different event themes.
2. Be able to cooperate well with upstream and downstream positions, grasp planning requirements, and collaborate with interface artists and programmers to develop and launch interface motion graphics functions.
3. Follow up on the final effect realization of motion graphics design to ensure consistency between design quality and implementation quality; possess a strong sense of rhythm, meticulous attention to detail, pursuit of design quality, and innovative ability.
4. Be able to provide professional motion graphics design advice, accurately grasp design themes, and communicate design ideas to visual designers and programmers.
1. College degree or above, graduated from an art-related major, with a solid art foundation and good aesthetic ability.
2. Love games, pay attention to game experience, and be able to cooperate with version development to enhance and improve game experience.
3. Familiar with Unity engine, able to use particle systems, Animation, and other methods to create animation effects; proficient in Photoshop, AE, 3DMAX, and other design software; ability to edit and understand shaders, animation experience or UI design experience is a plus.
4. Possess strong comprehensive analysis ability and innovation ability, accurately understand work requirements and complete them efficiently, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure;
