1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more of organizational culture experience; experience in gaming or large internet companies is preferred.
2. Familiar with the characteristics and preferences of Gen Z employees, with experience in large-scale event planning and execution, capable of inspiring employee participation through innovative forms.
3. Self-driven, strong thinking ability, reliable and responsible, approachable, and able to adapt to the fast-paced work rhythm of the company.
4. Good at communication, possessing good teamwork ability, and strong driving and execution ability.
