Job Description

This role focuses on organizational culture and event direction, requiring a deep understanding of Papegames' culture to establish communication and connection among diverse groups. The specialist will plan and execute cultural activities tailored to Gen Z employees, aiming to enhance cohesion. Responsibilities also include conducting cultural research, diagnosing implementation challenges, and driving improvements. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of organizational culture experience, and strong communication and execution skills.
Must have:
  • Understand Papegames culture, grasp organizational communication tone, and build communication and connection among different groups.
  • Understand Gen Z employees' characteristics and preferences, plan and execute cultural activities aligned with Papegames' tone to enhance employee cohesion.
  • Regularly conduct cultural research and diagnosis, analyze pain points in cultural implementation, form optimization plans, and drive improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 3+ years of organizational culture experience.
  • Familiar with Gen Z employee characteristics and preferences.
  • Experience in large-scale event planning and execution.
  • Good at communication, teamwork, strong driving and execution skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience in gaming or large internet companies is preferred.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more of organizational culture experience; experience in gaming or large internet companies is preferred.

2. Familiar with the characteristics and preferences of Gen Z employees, with experience in large-scale event planning and execution, capable of inspiring employee participation through innovative forms.

3. Self-driven, strong thinking ability, reliable and responsible, approachable, and able to adapt to the fast-paced work rhythm of the company.

4. Good at communication, possessing good teamwork ability, and strong driving and execution ability.
