Job Description
Valeo is seeking an ambitious student or recent graduate for a paid internship in the Technical Development Department, focusing on Process Engineering. This role involves real work, including a project utilizing AI for automating and optimizing technical documentation. The intern will support process engineers, participate in project reviews, assist in prototype construction, and collaborate with R&D, Process Engineering, and Production teams, gaining valuable experience in automotive industry standards.
Good To Have:
- Passion for new technologies, especially a desire to develop in the area of AI.
- Student (3rd-5th year) of technical fields (e.g., Machine Construction, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics), or graduate no longer than one year after graduation.
- Availability min. 4 days (Monday-Friday).
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2).
- Knowledge of technical drawing, CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor, CatiaV5, etc.), and Google Workspace environment.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactivity, motivation, analytical thinking ability.
Must Have:
- Participate in the implementation of AI tools for automation and optimization of technical documentation.
- Support Process Engineers in creating process and project documentation.
- Participate in project reviews and technical decision-making.
- Assist in the prototype construction phase and improving production processes.
- Collaborate with R&D, Process Engineering, and Production teams.
- Gain knowledge and experience within Valeo standards and methodologies.
- Assist with other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
