The role involves independently performing payroll accounting, acting as the main point of contact for all social security and wage tax-related matters, and handling audits by financial authorities and social security agencies. Responsibilities include correspondence with various agencies, ensuring timely compliance with reporting obligations, and serving as a contact for external project accountants. The role also entails contributing to the development of the digital financial strategy, optimizing processes for digital transformation, and managing specialized payroll software. The candidate will be expected to handle payroll independently, handle communications with various entities, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping, as well as contribute to process optimization and software administration. This role requires a high degree of responsibility, accuracy, and communication skills.

Must Have:- Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax specialist and/or payroll accountant.
- Several years of experience in a comparable position.
- Good knowledge of the processes of TV and film productions.
