doola simplifies business formation, payments, compliance, and taxes for entrepreneurs, enabling them to focus on growth. This role involves being the on-camera face for doola's educational content, guiding global entrepreneurs through starting and managing a U.S. business. The specialist will clarify complex topics, building trust and amplifying doola's mission through engaging video content.
Good To Have:
  • Experience managing ad spend and optimizing campaigns on additional paid channels such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter(X) and/or YouTube
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio) to provide actionable insights
  • Experience with advanced analytics, including marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and Hyros
Must Have:
  • Achieve Maximum Efficiency and Profitability from Core Paid Channels
  • Scale and optimize Google Ads
  • Scale and optimize Meta Ads
  • Establish High-Volume, Sustainable Lead/Customer Acquisition Funnels
  • Increase lead generation from paid channels
  • Reduce overall paid CAC
  • Validate and Scale New Paid Growth Opportunities
