Introduction to the Point Solution Sales Division
In recent years, competition in group economic zones centered on points has intensified. Our company, with PayPay points at its core, is working to revitalize the economic zone by maximizing synergies within the SoftBank Group. The mission of this division is to maximize customer acquisition for each group service by leveraging group synergies. Specifically, we implement various initiatives to improve customer satisfaction through PayPay points and increase user touchpoints. PayPay points are extremely important for PayPay's growth. This division is a team that engages in sales activities to expand PayPay points, and also participates in service content modification and operational setup for proposed services.

Job Responsibilities
Mainly two types of proposals: direct proposals to major corporations utilizing PayPay points for promotional measures, and proposals via agencies.
1. Manufacturer and Non-Manufacturer Sales
- Proposal sales of point promotional measures to major corporations
- Planning, promotion, and operational improvement of point measures
- Effect verification and reporting after implementation of measures
- Market analysis and industry analysis using AI
2. Agency and Digital Gift Provider Sales
- Proposals for point measures to manufacturer companies and major corporations through sales agencies and advertising agencies
- Connection of point API and point code API with agencies
- Effect verification and reporting after implementation of measures
- Market analysis and industry analysis using AI

- Over 3 years of corporate sales experience
- Experience in new client acquisition sales and sales to major corporations
- Experience in proposal-based sales
- Experience in planning, promoting, and improving operations for measures at major corporations
- A proactive stance in consistently executing missions
- Communication skills with clients and diverse, multinational internal teams
- Experience in using AI for proposals, market research, data analysis, and achieving operational efficiency

- Hybrid Workstyle (remote work at office, home, or satellite office)

Working Hours
- Super Flex System (no core time)
- Principle: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes actual work + 1 hour break)
Holidays
- Weekends, national holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, and company-designated days
Leave (Statutory Leave and Company Benefits)
- Annual paid leave (14 days in the first year, prorated based on joining month, usable from joining date)

Salary
- Annual salary system (including some fixed overtime pay)
