Role Overview
The Cloud Services Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Cloud Transformation and Operations delivery. A cross-function leader, the Cloud Services Program Manager will build and nurture strong relationships with executive IT leadership within the Client organization and enable the growing of the Cloud business in the region. This role ensures that all contractual obligations are met, delivery is aligned with client expectations, and business outcomes are achieved. This role always plays a crucial role in strategic planning for acquiring new clients with solutions to solve client challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud programs across multiple workstreams.
 - Own and manage the overall delivery portfolio for the region, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and business objectives.
 - Act as the primary delivery interface between the client and internal teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.
 - Manage cross-functional teams including cloud architects, engineers, and third-party vendors.
 - Oversee migration, optimisation, and integration of cloud platforms e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP.
 - Lead program governance including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting across multiple projects and service lines.
 - Drive growth within existing and new clients in the region.
 - Collaborate with partners and advisors.
 - Collaborate with account management and sales teams to identify growth opportunities, support renewals, and contribute to account strategy.
 - Drive resource planning, allocation, and optimization to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
 - Manage financial performance of the account including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
 - Lead and mentor delivery managers, project managers, and technical leads to build high-performing teams.
 - Escalate and resolve critical delivery issues ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
 
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering large-scale cloud programs ideally in enterprise environments.
 - Strong understanding of cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP and associated services.
 - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
 - 15 years of experience in IT service delivery with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large client accounts.
 - Proven experience in managing multi-tower delivery e.g., infrastructure, applications, cloud security.
 - Strong understanding of RFPs, contract management, service delivery models and governance frameworks.
 - Excellent stakeholder management with ability to engage and advise executive IT leaders.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation and Stakeholder Management influencing skills.
 - Familiarity with cloud governance, FinOps and security best practices.
 - Experience working in global delivery models and managing distributed teams.
 - Background in infrastructure, DevOps or cloud architecture.
